Return shipping, including insurance, is at the pre-paid expense of the customer and a 15% warehouse restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges are limited to orders less than 40 dozen, and any exchanged items must be in UNUSED and UNOPENED condition.A $20 fee will be included for all returns and cancellation orders.Notification of freight claims must be made with two (2) business days after receipt of shipment.
